Sign in to the Webhook Relay dashboard and open Tokens. Provision an access token there; the docs describe access tokens as a key and secret pair used to authenticate Webhook Relay agents and other API requests.

Public docs reviewed do not describe a direct self-service token minting flow for developers, so use the dashboard login/session flow if you specifically need this token.
