Webhook Relay is a webhook delivery and tunneling platform for forwarding webhooks to internal or public destinations, exposing local services, and transforming requests in transit. It also supports related workflows such as recurring webhooks and receiving inbound email as webhook events.

Sign in to the Webhook Relay dashboard and open Tokens. Provision an access token there; the docs describe access tokens as a key and secret pair used to authenticate Webhook Relay agents and other API requests.
Use your existing Webhook Relay account credentials. The OpenAPI document says Basic Auth is only available for non-OAuth accounts, and sign-in is through the Webhook Relay dashboard.

Public docs reviewed do not describe a direct self-service token minting flow for developers, so use the dashboard login/session flow if you specifically need this token.
