Termly Partner REST API

Request access to the Partner API via Termly Agencies. Termly says partner API keys are issued manually. After approval, use the key management/dashboard pages described in the docs to obtain a public key and associated private key; the public key is sent in the Authorization header and the private key is used to create the request Signature. The docs note you can roll/add private keys under the same public key on the key management page.
