In the Split API docs, use Create an API key to mint an admin API key. The docs note that admin keys are managed in the APIs tab / Account settings and that you should copy the key once when generated. Choose the needed roles and scope (GLOBAL, WORKSPACE, or ENVIRONMENT) as described in API Keys Overview.
