split.io
Split is a feature management and experimentation platform used to manage feature flags, targeting, and event/identity data. It is now integrated with Harness documentation and token models, but still exposes Split-branded APIs and tooling.
Split.io exposes a REST Admin API at `https://api.split.io/internal/api/v2`, a REST Events API at `https://events.split.io/api`, and a community-maintained Python Admin API CLI; authentication uses Split admin or SDK API keys, and the Admin API also accepts Harness PATs and SATs.

In the Split API docs, use Create an API key to mint an admin API key. The docs note that admin keys are managed in the APIs tab / Account settings and that you should copy the key once when generated. Choose the needed roles and scope (GLOBAL, WORKSPACE, or ENVIRONMENT) as described in API Keys Overview.
Create a PAT in Harness using the Harness API quickstart. Split's Authentication page says Harness PATs are supported for all non-deprecated Split API endpoints and are sent in the x-api-key header.
