Register or obtain a Kaggle OAuth client to use the Authorization Code flow. The OAuth 2.0 Provider API docs say public clients should request a pre-configured client ID from the Kaggle team, and organization clients should register as org:<organization-slug>. Use the authorization endpoint https://www.kaggle.com/api/v1/oauth2/authorize and token endpoint https://www.kaggle.com/api/v1/oauth2/token. Public clients use PKCE; organization clients authenticate token exchange with HTTP Basic using the org owner's API key.

In Kaggle Settings, generate a new token and copy it. The MCP docs say the token should begin with KGAT. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <token> when your MCP client cannot do OAuth 2.0.
