In Kaggle API settings, choose Create New Token. Kaggle downloads a kaggle.json file containing your API credentials. For CLI use, place that file at ~/.kaggle/kaggle.json (Linux/macOS) or C:\Users\<Windows-username>\.kaggle\kaggle.json as described in Public API docs.
