$ gitpod login --token <access-token>

Go to Gitpod access tokens or open Settings → Access Tokens in Gitpod Classic, click New Access Token, choose an expiration, and explicitly grant Full Access if you want it to authorize API calls. Copy the token when shown; Gitpod only displays it once.
