x-sequence-access-token: Bearer <credential>

In the Sequence app, go to Settings and enable Remote API access, then open Access Tokens and click Create new access token. Choose the beneficiary the token belongs to and save the secure key when shown; the help docs say it will not be visible again.

Sequence rule API secret bearer discovered Get token ↗

x-sequence-signature: Bearer <credential>

Create or edit a rule in the Sequence app and configure it to be triggered externally / via Remote API. Sequence generates an API secret for that rule; copy and store it when shown or from the rule details, because this secret is required to trigger that specific rule over the older Remote API.
