In the Google Analytics UI at Google Analytics, go to Admin → Data Streams → choose your stream → Measurement Protocol → Create to mint an api_secret, as described in the Measurement Protocol reference and sending events guide. Keep the secret private and use it with your stream's measurement_id when sending Measurement Protocol requests.
