Google Authorized Buyers is Google's platform for programmatic ad buying and real-time bidding. Its buyer-facing APIs let approved buyers manage accounts, RTB configuration, creatives, auction metrics, marketplace deals, and client access.
Google Authorized Buyers exposes three OAuth-protected REST APIs for developer integrations: Ad Exchange Buyer API II on adexchangebuyer.googleapis.com, plus Marketplace API and Real-time Bidding API.

In the Google Cloud Console credentials page, create an OAuth 2.0 client ID in a Google Cloud project, then use the standard Google OAuth 2.0 flow to obtain an access token for the Authorized Buyers scopes your app needs. The Authorized Buyers docs' get-started guide and method pages state these APIs use Google OAuth 2.0 and list scopes such as https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adexchange.buyer, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/realtime-bidding, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/authorized-buyers-marketplace.
