In the Authentication Service Admin Portal, add an API client, assign the needed API resources/roles, and configure one of the supported client authentication methods. The easiest path is a client_id plus client_secret; production options can instead use a signed client assertion via jwks_uri or certificates/public keys as described in Getting Started. Use the tenant token endpoint at <your Authentication Service tenant domain>/oauth2/v1/token to mint bearer tokens with the OAuth 2.0 client-credentials flow.
