Sign in to Zernio, open API Keys (or Settings → API Keys in the dashboard), click Create API Key, and copy the sk_... key immediately; it is shown only once. For the CLI, you can also run zernio auth:login to open a browser login flow that creates and stores an API key automatically, or save an existing key with zernio auth:set --key "sk_...".
