For user-based access, sign in with the Google Cloud CLI auth flow by running gcloud auth login, or for application access use a Google Cloud service account and obtain an access token as described in Google's authentication guidance. If you need your own OAuth client, create credentials in Google Cloud Console → APIs & Services → Credentials. The Workflows APIs require the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform scope.
