Authorization: Bearer <credential>

Use Google Cloud authentication to obtain an access token for the project or service account that is allowed to run and inspect workflows. The easiest path for developers is to sign in with the Google Cloud CLI and run gcloud auth application-default login or gcloud auth login, then mint a token with gcloud auth print-access-token. For server-to-server use, create or use a service account in Google Cloud Console and obtain OAuth 2.0 access tokens for it via Google Cloud auth libraries or service account impersonation. The Workflows docs show calling this API with an Authorization: Bearer ... header.
