In the WireMock Cloud web app, open the account security page (docs also reference user security), then copy your personal API token. The docs say to also note your username/email if you plan to use legacy HTTP Basic auth.

WireMock Cloud enterprise OAuth client oauth2 discovered

Enterprise customers can request that WireMock create an OAuth client for them by contacting the WireMock team. WireMock provisions the client_id; you then implement the device authorization flow described in WireMock API Device Authorization Flow to obtain access and refresh tokens for API use.
