Use Google Cloud authentication to obtain an access token with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform scope. The easiest path is to sign in with the Google Cloud CLI and let Application Default Credentials or gcloud auth print-access-token supply the token; start from Google's Authentication overview. For service-to-service use, create and use a Google Cloud service account via the same auth docs, then mint OAuth access tokens for that account.
