Veriff provides identity verification and fraud-prevention services, including verification session workflows, document and media processing, database checks, and fraud feedback/reporting. Its products are used by customers to verify end users and retrieve verification decisions and related data.
Veriff exposes three documented REST integration surfaces: its tenant-specific Public API v1, a Feedback/Fraud API, and a separate sync SSN-validation endpoint; all discovered authentication is API-key plus HMAC shared-secret headers except the sync endpoint whose auth was not confirmed from the pages read.

Log in to the Veriff Customer Portal from your sign-up or access link, then go to Workspace → All Integrations → open the integration → API Keys. Copy the API key shown there; Veriff says it is used to create the X-AUTH-CLIENT header for Public API requests and VRF-AUTH-CLIENT for Feedback API requests.
