In the Notra dashboard at app.usenotra.com, open API Keys and create a scoped key for the organization and resources you need. Store it in NOTRA_API_KEY for CI or local scripts, or paste it into client config; send it as Authorization: Bearer <key>.

Point your MCP client at the server URL and approve access in the browser. The server accepts a Client ID Metadata Document (CIMD), so the client authenticates with its own hosted URL as the client_id — nothing to register.
