Create an account in the Turkish Airlines Developer Portal, then request product authorization if your dashboard is blank. From the portal home page, click Create New Application, choose the API/product and plan, complete the app details, and then click View Details to see the client_id and client_secret. The portal's How To page says APIs use OAuth 2.0 with the client_credentials grant, client authentication set to Send client credentials in body, and that test and production plans require separate applications.
