Google Cloud Translation API v2

In the Google Cloud Console, create or select a project, enable Cloud Translation, then create an API key under APIs & Services → Credentials. Google’s auth docs note API keys are only usable with APIs that accept them; the Cloud Translation v2 discovery document says the key query parameter is required unless you provide an OAuth 2.0 token.

Create Google Cloud credentials for your environment, then mint an access token using Google Cloud auth. The easiest local path is to install the gcloud CLI and run `gcloud auth application-default login` or `gcloud auth login`, then use the resulting OAuth 2.0 access token in REST calls. For production/server use, Google Cloud docs direct you to use Application Default Credentials or a service account attached to the runtime. If you need to register your own OAuth client, use APIs & Services → Credentials.
