Teamtailor Partner webhook/config callbacks

To enable a Partner API integration, contact techpartnerships@teamtailor.com to set up your partner integration. Teamtailor issues a client-specific provider key used for partner webhook/config calls; send it as Authorization: Bearer <PROVIDER_KEY>. If Teamtailor configures your partner to require a company API token too, Teamtailor passes that company token to your integration in the teamtailor-api-token header on relevant partner calls.
