Authorization: Bearer <credential>

Sign up or sign in at Speko Platform, then open API keys and create a key. Speko's owner declaration says the raw value is shown once and starts with sk_live_. Use it as a bearer token in Authorization: Bearer .... For local tools and CI, the same key can be supplied via SPEKO_API_KEY.
