Create or select a project in the Google Cloud Console, enable the Google Sheets API, configure the OAuth consent screen, then in Credentials click Create credentials → OAuth client ID. Use the client to obtain Google OAuth access tokens with Sheets scopes such as https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.
