Use Google Cloud authentication to obtain an access token for the Service Networking API. The easiest path is to sign in with the Google Cloud CLI authentication flow or use Application Default Credentials. The API methods shown in the reference require OAuth scopes such as https://www.googleapis.com/auth/service.management or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform.
