sendbird.com
Sendbird provides APIs and SDKs for in-app chat, voice/video calls, live streaming, customer support, and business messaging. Its products let companies add real-time communication and support workflows to their applications.
Sendbird exposes five documented REST API surfaces for Chat, Calls, Live, Desk, and Business Messaging, each using dashboard-issued API tokens; no public GraphQL, MCP server, or CLI surfaced in public docs.
- Chat Platform APIdiscovered
- Calls Platform APIdiscovered
- Desk Platform APIdiscovered
- Business Messaging Platform APIdiscovered
Sign in to the Sendbird Dashboard, select your application, then go to Settings → Application → General → API tokens. Use the existing master API token or create a secondary API token from the Chat Platform API flow linked in Generate a secondary API token. The docs state the master token is created with the application and can't be revoked or changed; secondary tokens can be generated and revoked.
