In the Runpod console, open Settings > API Keys, choose Create API Key, pick permissions, then copy the generated key. The docs note legacy keys existed before Nov 11, 2024, and newer keys can be All, Restricted, or Read Only; Flash login docs say Flash requires an API key with All access.
