RentCast provides US real estate and property data, including property records, owner details, valuation estimates, listings, and market statistics. Its product is used by real estate applications, CRMs, and workflows that need on-demand property and rental data.
RentCast exposes a property-data REST API at `https://api.rentcast.io/v1` and an MCP server at `https://developers.rentcast.io/mcp`; both use a RentCast-issued API key sent in the `X-Api-Key` header.

Sign in or create an account from the RentCast API dashboard, choose an API billing plan, then click Create API Key on the dashboard. RentCast says API keys are created, viewed, and deleted from that dashboard and are used to authenticate all API requests.
