Enable the reCAPTCHA Enterprise API in your Google Cloud project, then obtain an access token using Google Cloud authentication. The easiest path for local development is to follow Authenticate to reCAPTCHA, which in turn uses Google Cloud Application Default Credentials from a signed-in account or service account. You can create and manage service accounts in the Google Cloud Console. Send the resulting OAuth 2.0 access token as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
