Use AWS credentials for an IAM user or role with permission to use AWS Price List APIs. The easiest path is to configure the AWS CLI with aws configure, or run in an AWS environment with an attached role; the AWS Price List docs say an IAM identity must have permission to use the Query API or Bulk API and recommend using AWS SDKs/CLI to sign requests.
