Polymarket trading wallet signature (L1) signature

Use a Polygon wallet private key you control and initialize the trading SDK against https://clob.polymarket.com; the SDK derives trading credentials from this wallet via createOrDeriveApiKey(). The quickstart shows supplying PRIVATE_KEY / POLYMARKET_PRIVATE_KEY and using the signer to derive CLOB credentials. See Quickstart and Trading Quickstart.

Derive the CLOB API credentials from your wallet signer using createOrDeriveApiKey() in the official client against https://clob.polymarket.com. The docs describe this as L1 → L2 auth; you first authenticate with your wallet signer, then the SDK returns the API credentials used for authenticated trading requests.
