Organization Access Token (OAT)bearerGet token ↗

In the Polar dashboard settings, go to your organization’s Settings. Under Developers, click New Token, give the token a name, choose an expiration date, and select the scopes it needs. Copy the resulting bearer token and send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>. Create separate tokens for production and sandbox environments.

Polar OAuth 2.0 client credentialsoauth2Set up OAuth ↗

For partner integrations acting on behalf of Polar users, create an OAuth client in User Settings → OAuth. Provide an application name, client type, https:// redirect URI(s) (or http://localhost for local development), requested scopes, and homepage URL. After creation, copy the client_id and client_secret (public clients may omit a secret and must use PKCE). Use this client to run the authorization-code flow against Polar’s OpenID Connect endpoints discovered from OpenID Configuration.
