In Google Cloud Console, create or select a project, enable the Playable Locations API for that project if available to your account, then create an API key under Credentials. Use the key as the key query parameter when calling the API.
In Google Cloud Console, configure OAuth 2.0 credentials for your project (for example an OAuth client ID), then obtain a Google OAuth 2.0 access token for the authorized user or app flow you use. Send the token to the API as the oauth_token or access_token query parameter.
