In a Personio account, go to Settings > API credentials and choose Generate new credentials. Personio issues a client_id and client_secret; use them with the client-credentials token flow at POST /v2/auth/token to obtain a bearer token for non-recruiting APIs. Attribute access and scopes are configured in the credential wizard; for employee data you must whitelist the attributes you want to read.
