Log in to Parse, open Settings → API Keys, click Create key, name it, optionally set an expiry, and copy the value immediately; the full key is only shown once. Keys start with pmx_. For the CLI, uv run parse login --no-web lets you paste a key, or uv run parse login --api-key YOUR_KEY for CI/non-interactive use.
