Register as an API partner via Rejestracja API. OTOMOTO says access is granted to Business Account customers and integration companies, and that after a positive decision the new key together with its ID are sent back by email. The Postman onboarding collection shows OAuth token requests require client_id and client_secret.

OTOMOTO Business Account login (username + password) basic

Use the login credentials for an OTOMOTO Business Account. OTOMOTO states the API is only for Business Account customers, and the onboarding collection's OAuth token request uses username and password together with the API client credentials to obtain an access token.
