ory.sh
Ory provides identity and access management products for authentication, OAuth2/OIDC, authorization, permissions, and related security use cases. It is available as a managed cloud service and as self-hosted open-source or enterprise deployments.
Ory exposes a REST API for its identity/authz platform, an `ory` CLI, and a hosted docs MCP server; docs also state Ory Permissions supports gRPC APIs, but no separate public gRPC connection details were confirmed here.

In the Ory Console, open Project settings → API Keys for your project, click Create new API key, choose a name and expiration, create it, and copy the key immediately. The docs note the key is shown only once. Use this for privileged project admin API calls and project-data operations in the CLI. Keys typically have the ory_apikey_ or ory_pat_ prefix.
In the Ory Console, open your workspace menu, go to Workspace settings → API Keys, create a workspace API key, and copy it when shown. Use this for privileged Ory Network workspace admin operations and workspace-scoped project configuration tasks in the CLI.
$ ory authAcquired by the CLI — running ory auth opens the auth flow and stores the credential.
