In your OpenPanel dashboard, go to Settings → API Clients and create a client with the access level you need: write for Track, read for Export/Insights/MCP, or root for Manage and cross-project access. Copy the clientId and clientSecret; the docs say new clients are created from the dashboard and the MCP page notes the success screen/onboarding flow shows these values and lets you copy or save them.
