Create an OpenPanel read or root API client in Settings → API Clients in the dashboard, then use the MCP Token shown on the success screen/onboarding flow, or build it yourself as base64(clientId:clientSecret). The docs show generating it with echo -n "YOUR_CLIENT_ID:YOUR_CLIENT_SECRET" | base64. See MCP Server.
