OpenAdmin REST API

First enable API access in OpenAdmin from Settings → API Access or via the opencli api on command mentioned in the OpenAdmin API documentation. Then use your OpenAdmin admin username and password to call the API or generate a token; the API Access page documents fields for USERNAME, PASSWORD, and TOKEN when testing requests.
