Open Build Service HTTP API

Create an account on an OBS instance such as the reference server, then use that OBS username and password for API access. The user guide states API authentication happens via HTTP Basic Auth, and the API docs describe sending Authorization: Basic <credentials>.

Use the osc command-line tool to manage per-user OBS tokens. The user guide shows listing tokens with osc token and revoking with osc token --delete <TOKEN>; create/manage tokens through the token management functionality described in the Authorization chapter.
