op0.ai
op0 is a governed runtime for agent work that combines company context, explicit approval boundaries, and receipt-backed execution records. It also provides usectx, a hosted memory service for agents at ctx.op0.ai.
op0 exposes a hosted MCP endpoint and HostApi on app.op0.ai plus the hosted usectx memory service on ctx.op0.ai with MCP and HTTP surfaces; auth is mostly bearer-token based, with some public health/readiness endpoints and an in-repo CLI drive path documented but not distributed as a standalone package.

This server does not support automatic client registration (no DCR or CIMD), so the MCP client cannot register itself. Create an OAuth app in the provider's developer settings, allow-list your MCP client's OAuth callback URL as a redirect URL, and give the client that app's client ID and secret. Then connect and approve access in the browser.
Sign in at app.op0.ai. Then open /work from the hosted product and copy your CTX_HTTP_TOKEN from the account menu, or call POST /v1/context/token as described in usectx docs. Export it as CTX_HTTP_TOKEN and use it as Authorization: Bearer <token> for hosted Memory at https://ctx.op0.ai/mcp.
