On your Nomic instance, open the Developer Console at /developer and create an API key. The docs state keys are created interactively in Developer > API Keys and used as Authorization: Bearer npk_.... Choose the needed scope when creating the key: developer for developer APIs, and admin only if you need organization admin endpoints. See API overview and API Keys.
