Nango is a platform for building and running product integrations to external APIs, including user authorization, credential storage, and integration functions. It lets developers and agents connect external services, execute integration logic, and manage syncs, actions, and webhooks.
Nango exposes a bearer-authenticated HTTP API at https://api.nango.dev with an OpenAPI spec, a public docs MCP server at https://nango.dev/docs/mcp, and an npm-distributed `nango` CLI authenticated with Nango API keys via environment variables.

Sign up or log in at Nango Cloud, then open Environment Settings → API Keys in the Nango app and copy an API key. The docs say the default key created on signup is the simplest option. Use it as Authorization: Bearer <NANGO-API-KEY>. For CLI workflows, put environment-specific keys in NANGO_SECRET_KEY_<ENV_NAME> variables inside your local .env file.
