In Google Cloud Console, create or choose a project, enable the Business Profile API access for your project if needed per the prerequisites, then go to APIs & Services > Credentials and create an OAuth 2.0 Client ID. Configure the consent screen and request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope as described in Implement OAuth with Business Profile APIs. Use the resulting client to obtain a bearer access token for API calls.
