In Google Cloud Console, create or select a project, enable the My Business Business Calls API as described in Basic setup, then create OAuth 2.0 credentials from APIs & Services → Credentials. Configure the consent screen and request a user access token for the Business Profile APIs scope as described in Implement OAuth with Business Profile APIs.
