Sign in to the Moesif web app and open the menu link for your application settings / API credentials. The docs state your Application Id is used for Collector API ingestion, and the security page distinguishes publishable vs secret application IDs. Use the value as the X-Moesif-Application-Id header.

Moesif Management API token bearer discovered Get token ↗

Sign in to the Moesif web app, then go to Management API / API Keys and create a management token with the minimum scopes you need. The security docs say Management API tokens can be scoped and given an expiration date; the Ethereum CLI README gives an example scope create:eth_abi. Use the token for Management API calls or set it in MOESIF_MANAGEMENT_API_TOKEN for the CLI.
