Metronome exposes a bearer-token authenticated REST API at `https://api.metronome.com/v1` and a packaged MCP server runnable via `npx @metronome/mcp` using the same token via environment variable.

Sign in to the Metronome app, then go to Connections → API tokens & webhooks → Add to create a token. Give it a descriptive name, create it, and copy the token immediately because Metronome only shows the full value once. See API Authentication and the API quickstart.
