In your Looker instance, an admin generates API credentials for a user under the API authentication settings described in Looker API authentication. This produces a client_id and client_secret, which the docs say are used by the SDK and API clients. You must also know your instance API base URL, typically https://<your-looker-host>:19999/api/4.0 or https://<your-looker-host>/api/4.0 depending on deployment, as described in the API docs.
