Create or select a Google Cloud project in the Google Cloud Console, enable the Cloud Talent Solution / Job Search API for that project from the product docs, and authenticate using Google Cloud credentials. For REST calls, Google Cloud documents using OAuth 2.0 access tokens in the Authorization: Bearer <token> header; the easiest local path is to sign in with the gcloud CLI and obtain credentials via Application Default Credentials or follow Authenticate for using REST. Service accounts can also obtain short-lived OAuth access tokens as described in Service account credentials.
